WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Most items will ship within 1 or 2 days from the time you placed your order.
We will contact you if there is a delay in shipping due to temporary out of stock items or if
the item is a special order.
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We do not ship on major holidays. Orders placed on major holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Important:
Upon placement of order, please check your confirmation email immediately
to insure ship to address is correct.
Should the address be incorrect, please contact Bisou immediately.
Once a package has been shipped, there will be a $15 redirect charge should the address need to be changed while in transit.

Certainly!
While most items found at Bisou make great gifts,
sometimes the occassion deserves special attention.
For a $5.00 charge we will gift box your purchase in our signature packaging.
The charge is per box but items may be combined in one box for a single charge.
A personalized note may be included with the gift at no additional charge if requested.
In some cases, due to the size or proportions of an item, we will subsitute wrapping paper for the gift box.
Any indication of price will be removed on all gift wrap requests!

At that point you will have the opportunity to cancel your order or have us order it for you.A few of the items on the website always need to be special ordered because we don't keep them in stock.
